Health, Mind & Body Expo
The Daily Citizen along with Hamilton Medical Center are presenting the Health Mind & Body Expo on Saturday, August 28th from 9am until 3pm. There will be over 50 important health and wellness booths from our surrounding community. Speakers will also be at the expo speaking on many informative topics throughout the day. Hamilton Medical Center will be offering many diagnostic tests along with many other informative items. A wide range of wellness options ranging from massage therapy to personal training will also be available. Door prizes and cash giveaways will be given throughout the day!! So if you are interested in your health and wellness and would like to enjoy a day of fun, you will not want to miss it!
