Business University--Supervisory Academy Understanding Your Communication Style as a Leader

Communication is a requirement of leadership, and having the insight into how you communicate as a leader can increase your effectiveness exponentially. This course will help you understand your own communication style, and how it affects your level of influence among your peers, direct reports, and managers. You will learn to identify different workplace behaviors, and how you can become a more effective communicator and leader. An on-line assessment will need to be taken prior to class.
