Branding Yourself and Your Business
What makes you different, unique, or interesting? Why should a person want to do business with you? All of these questions can be answered through the way you brand yourself (personal image) and the way you brand your business. Many new business owners make the mistake of giving very little thought to branding. Branding is critically important to defining who you are to your customers, and what sets your business apart from the competition. This could be as significant as what your logo looks like to what you decide to wear to your first client meeting, or even your level of community involvement. Getting branding right the first time can be the difference between success and failure for a small business.
Learning Outcomes:
Define branding and its importance to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Discuss the different elements involved in branding a business.
