THRIVE: Nonprofit Essentials

THRIVE is a new program for emerging nonprofits in our community. The program will help enrollees to develop an understanding of core business competencies and formulate an action plan for future success.

This 8-week program will provide organizational development opportunities for staff, board members, and key volunteers.

Topics Include: Fundraising, Financial Health, Board Development, Social Media, Goal Setting, Communications, Pitching, and More.

Weekly Sessions, Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6:00 PM (Time May Change to Meet the Needs of the Cohort)

Location

Class location will vary in order to provide a glimpse at additional resources that exist in our community. Locations may include the Community Foundation, Dalton Innovation Accelerator, JA Discovery Center, Dalton State College, Georgia Northwestern Technical College, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Fees/Admission

This program is FREE, thanks to a grant received from The Dalton-Whitfield Community Foundation.
