Olmstead Celebration by People First of Northwest Georgia

The Olmstead Decision was passed in 1999 by the Supreme Court to allow people with disabilities to come out of institutions and be a vital part of their community.  The advocacy group supported by Cross Plains Community Partners is hosting this event to celebrate the decision.
