Community Emergency Response Team Training

Whitfield County presents a free Community Emergency Response Team Training that will teach participants basic skills essential following a community disaster.  The class topics will be:
Disaster Preparedness
Fire Safety
Light Search and Rescue
Disaster Medical
Disaster Psychology
Terrorism and CERT

Class dates will be Saturday December 1st and Sunday December 2nd from 8a-5p.  The final class date will be December 8th which will be a disaster simulation where participants will put their newly learned skills into action.
