DESCRIPTION:The annual Whitfield-Murray Historical Society Christmas Rummage Sale will be Friday\, November 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday\, November 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The sale will be at 715 Chattanooga Avenue at the Crown Gardens and Archives (History Center). There will be all kinds of decorating items\, wreaths\, things to give for Christmas. All proceeds benefit historical properties in Murray and Whitfield counties. (donated items are very welcome up to Thursday afternoon October 31.) For pickup or further information contact the historical society at wmhs@optilink.us or 706-278-0217.
