DESCRIPTION:The annual Strut Your Mutt will be Sunday\, May 6th from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm at The Dalton Green. There will be a demonstration by Obedience Club of Chattanooga\, lots of tail wagging and great fun.\n\n \n\n Awards and prize packets will be awarded to 1st\, 2nd and 3rd places in each contest category. Contests are: Best Costume\, Largest Dog\, Most Obedient\, Most Talented\, Musical Sit\, Smallest Dog and Wagginist Tail. A plan for a Kissing Booth is underway where you will be able to get "the love" from our adoptable "mutts". \n\n \n\n Dogs must be at least 6 months old and have proof of rabies vaccinations (rabies tag). No in-heat or aggressive dogs allowed. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times except for certain contests and no retractable leashes allowed for safety reasons. \n\n \n\n You do not need a dog to attend the event. If you want a dog for a day\, there will be HS adoptable dogs which you may "rent" for a donation to walk or participate in contests. \n\n \n\n Pre-register by May 1st for $25. After that day and on the day of the event beginning at 1:30 p.m.\, registration is $30. Registration fee includes a tee shirt\, goody bag with canine and human treats and all contests you and your "mutt" wish to participate in that day.
