DESCRIPTION:The roundtable luncheon is being sponsored by First Bank of Dalton.  During this luncheon\, Business Consultant\, Peter Williams\, from the University of Georgia SBDC in Macon will present "3 Ways to Build your Business Worth."  Peter is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his MBA from Emory University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.  Prior to joining the UGA Small Business Development Center in 2013\, Peter owned and operated for eleven years a corporate finance consulting firm advising business owners on mergers and acquisitions\, business valuation\, capital formation\, and other financial issues.  His firm was selected as a strategic partner to one of the largest networks of independent accounting firms in the world and maintained that distinction for 5 years.  Peter was a recent guest speaker at the SBDC National Conference in Orlando in September.
