SUMMARY:Nutcracker Tea and Sweets Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Dalton Arts Project will host its Nutcracker fundraising kickoff event\, the Nutcracker Tea and Sweets\, on Sunday\, September 13th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Dance Theatre of Dalton studios\, 411 North Park Drive.   Mothers\, daughters\, grandmothers\, and others are invited to this afternoon tea of fun\, food\, fashion and auctions. \n\nThe event's fashion show will feature clothes from C.C. and Company\, Creative Sewing\, Cotton and Twine Boutique\, Bugs and Kisses\, the Fitting Room and the DANCE Boutique.  There will be silent auctions and raffles with more than fifty packaged items donated by local businesses.  All those in attendance will also create a unique headband for the tea\, decorate a tea cake and fill a bag at the "Candy Barre" sponsored by Direct Packaging.  A preview of this year's Nutcracker Boutique items will be available for purchase.\n\nMembers of Dalton Dance Company will be dressed up as Nutcracker characters for photo opportunities and will participate in the fashion show along with younger dancers.\n\nTickets to this event $15 are each.
