The Dalton Organization of Churches United for People began in 1987 as a cooperation of churches\, and a clearing house for people seeking assistance.  For 30 years\, DOC-UP has continually provided assistance to residents of Whitfield county who experience a temporary financial crisis by providing payments toward rent\, utilities or prescriptions.\n\n\n\nIn 2016\, DOC-UP provided payments for 719 households\, but only through the generous support of this community!   By participating in the Golf Tournament\, you can join the work of "Keeping Families at Home!"
